•Supervise staff to ensure that all materials are handled correctly and that all machines and equipment are operated safely and according to instructions.
•Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets aremet.
•Monitor the effectiveness of handling procedures and space utilization and make recommendations for improvement.
•Accurately enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records; retrieve storedinformation; or respond to inquiries (for example on inventory levels or delivery schedules.).
•Provides information for recording movement of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies.
•Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment in a safe manner.
•Train new associates in the organization's operating procedures and standards.
•Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of warehouse associates who receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goodsin a location or warehouse.
•Reviews effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvement of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization,and protection of equipment.
•Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations andprocedures.
•Participate in leadership meetings and represent associate concerns, policies and guidelines to the management team.
•Conduct regular associate meetings.
•Represent the organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed.

•Adhering to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
•Performing other duties or functions as requested by management.
•Liaise with functional or operational area managers (e.g., in sales, production, or engineering) so the supply of materials meets their current and future needs.
