Job Description

Intel’s Client Computing Group is seeking to for a Customer Enablement Engineer to join our team in the Folsom, Ca location.

In this position you will Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks. Use judgement in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes. Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement. Respond to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or higher with Technical or Business focus w/ 10+ years of experience

5+ years of experience with Thunderbolt technology

5+ years of experience dealing with customer's needs and implementation of Thunderbolt technology across their platforms, include but not limited to architectural limitation and guidelines, schematics and layout review, POCs.

10+ years of experience debugging failures across customer's hosts and devices, identifying root cause and help provide solution which meets spec and customer's requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

eGfx experience

Strong understanding of eGfx ecosystem to work closely with customer
