Job Description:

Sales Strategy, Planning & Operations - HPC Business Operations

  • Participate in regular sales enablement calls for HPC business, including communications with HPC sales leaders and HPC Supply Chain. These channels will be used to communicate key large deal forecast to Supply chain and plan material to enable improvement in % of HPC bookings that book and ship within the same quarter.

  • Drive and prioritize continuous improvement project roadmap across sales, sales operations and supply chain to improve flexibility and speed across the quote to cash processes

  • Find owners within sales ops, HPC BU and supply chain to resolve issues escalated by HPC sales that are impeding the HPC business

  • Establish best practices for HPC compensation reporting by leveraging processes from each region, identifying efficiency improvements and implementing best known methods across all geos

  • Ensure margin visibility process within each region is working as intended (bid desks are sharing margin % for HPC deals when requested), conduct check points during FY18 and drive towards consistent approach across regions

  • Participate in FY19 HPC sales compensation planning process, including identifying business process changes required to implement in FY18 in order to improve automation and tracking of FY19 HPC compensation, revenue and margin

  • Support HPC Strategic Programs Office capture managers in standing up and operationalizing the SPO process through FY18
