Must be able to stand for long periods of time with light to heavy lifting
The day-to-day responsibilities for this position include:
Manually unloading food from trucks in chilled/freezer warehouse, utilizing a pallet jacks
Light lifting in fast-paced refrigerated warehouse
Breaking down and strapping down pallets
Crushing down boxes
General warehouse duties as needed
Working hours: 3 AM - 2 PM
Fast mover in quick paced environment
Ability to move from one task to another
