Sutter North Medical Foundation is a non-profit organization serving a variety of health care needs in the Yuba-Sutter community. Offering many different areas of expertise with medical specialist in virtually every area, Sutter North Medical Foundation affiliated with Sutter Health in 1993 and is currently comprised of 63 physicians. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care during the pre-operative, intra-operative phases of care. Participates with other favility team members to provide optimal patient care and efficient patient flow, taking into consideration the population specific needs for the patients at all stages of life.



Education, including Licensure/ Certification/ Registration

AA/AS Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing, Current RN license, current CPR/ACLS Certification.


Minimum 1 year related experience, preferrably in an ambulatory surgical environment, acute care surgical environment, or GI related experience.


Knowledge of infection control practice. Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards.


Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills. Ability to operate clinical equipment in the pre-op, operative and PACU area. Ability to be flexible, open to change and handle multiple priorities.
